Round 17 v St Virgils away

Both sides had emphatic wins in fine weather but a soft ground. Coach Beams was given a couple of weeks on the sidelines for impolite language towards the umpires last week and George McAdam was given a week for drawing blood from an opposition player. Many big names were missing but the depth of the club at the moment is such that ready replacements are available.
